I'm interested in using some nose drops and getting the fluid up to the area of the openings to my frontal sinuses (the ones in the vicinity of the eyebrows). Would lying on my back facing up be adequate, or do I need to tilt my head down so that the top of my head is facing the floor?

(I should parenthetically note that I've seen an ENT, and so my question isn't about the desirability or selection of the nose drops, just the mechanics of how to get them to the sinus area in question.)
