Prices vary greatly according the class of liveaboard and duration of trip. For 3-4 days, it can vary between $600-$2000 per person, twin share, and obviously a lot more for the 7-10 day liveaboards. What surprised me the most is that the QLD liveaboards charge a single supplement of around 90% for single usage of a cabin, which made it prohibitively expensive for the higher end boats, wheareas I found in the Similans and the Maldives, it was a 40-50% single supplement.
 
Anytime you think of having a live aboard in Red Sea Area, just let me know. I have a plan to cut the cost to 1/2 the price.
