May I ask how often Scoot fly SIN-MDC & return? I'd book a trip with resort in Lembeh but have not decided on flight. Originally looking at Garuda, but if Scoot schedule fit with our trip plan, I might change to fly via SIN.
Check the SIA / Scoot website, it's almost daily

Scoot flies between SIN and MDC 4 times a week, Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat.

Thanks very much for this info... seems like it doesn't match with our return schedule.. will recheck anyway.

MWFSat in both directions

I did Man (UK) to SIN - MDC. With Singapore/Scoot
My initial booking had the same 1hr 30 transit time, they assured me it would be fine.
In the end we decided to extend the trip and did a 24hr layover in Singapore (we checked our main bags all the way through to MDC).

My hand luggage contained all essentials: dive computer, regs, mask, swim shorts, clean clothes for Singapore. I could dive whatever hapened to my main luggage.

Landed on time, got the MRT into Singapore, stayed in Little India, had a great time exploring, then got a taxi back to the airport in the Morning in good time for the SIN-MDC Flight.

Scoot was chaos compared to Singapore Airlines. Everyone was taking loads of luggage into the cabin and there wasn't enough room for it all. They kept trying to put my hand luggage in the hold, i insisted i wasn't being seperated from it.

I would go this route with Singapore Airlines again, they were amazing.

Thanks so much for that story. I too have decided to stay over in Singapore - for two nights! So I had to book Scoot separately, which ended up cheaper than booking straight through anyway. Not looking forward to anything to do with Scoot, but I'm at least forewarned about the luggage situation, thank you.

You need to add a trip to ScubaWarehouse when you're there, use a GRAB taxi by downloading the App when you arrive, sometimes getting a normal taxi in remote areas of Singapore is hit and miss.
