Hi all,

Anyone has any review on the above boat or operator?
Planning my first trip here this Dec.

Thanks!

Hi

My boyfriend and I dived with Atlantis December just gone and it was great. The staff were really friendly, the dive groups were a good size, the food was superb (chose what you want for lunch and Dinner off a menu), the diving was mind blowing, including the whale shark at Richelieu Rock - I loved the whole experience.

I'm sure you'll have a fab time! :)

Hey, thanks for the info but too bad atlantis x will not be running this season. I will be going with Divemaster instead.

Keep on diving!
Anthony

This is part of an email sent to me on 20-8-02

" The Atlantis X which sank the week before also made a
good wreck dive. She is now lying in 19 to 27 meters of water, eastern side
of number 8 island. Yes, unfortunately she sank whilst going to the Similans
in what was 3 meter plus waves. No one was injured and they managed to strip
the boat of all but its engines before she sank. Still it makes for an
interesting dive."

So I could'nt recomend a trip on this boat:wink:

Unfortunately, the Atlantis X had some bad luck. Pity, as her first season was a good one. We sent many customers her way and everyone was happy.

She was a featured boat on our website, so now we've had to replace her. Try the "SIMILAN 1" for something of a similar standard and price.

It was a blow for Atlantis, but they still have 2 more boats, the Atlantis 2000 and the Rhapsody.

Happy Travels to you!
