as our silicon dive equipment gets older it starts to turn yellow. Is there a way to reverse the process and turn that old mask back to the clear color ? Are there an chemicals or cleaners that would do this ?

Sorry, nothing will change the colour back to clear.

BTW, the way to keep this from happening in the future is not to store any clear silicon dive gear (masks, snorkels, etc.) with your neoprene stuff. The neoprene gives off a gas that makes the silicon turn that colour. It's not harmful, it's just a fact.
