each time you open a storage bin its "Christmas Again"... or you say "darn, I had that already?" as you put a recently acquired piece of gear away

You can't remember in which dedicated dive storage locker you left that particular tank/wing/BP etc.
 
Can you have too much of a good thing?! Or dive too much? A few years ago I caught myself turning my shower tap all the way on and half a turn back. Doh!
 
You shower outside with the garden hose because your gear is still soaking in the tub...
 
You have a special section in your home just for SCUBA gear!

Only ONE special section? With 3 divers in the family and diving a wide range of temperatures and conditions I had to construct a large storage area in the back garden and I still have several large cupboards in the house fully occupied. We could easily fully equip a few other divers if necessary. My wife has a narrow face and had difficulty finding a mask to fit - so we have as many masks as an average LDS.
