GOBIERNO DE MEXICO: NO MAS MUELLES EN COZUMEL

Signed it. I fear that they will go for the money, but I tried to help.

Another cruise ship pier? My God how many do they need??????

Holy crap! That would ruin the Villa Aldora and all the nearby properties. The Mexican president has a house there. Petition signed.

The petition really stopped Puerta Maya many years ago. Good luck. I do not see the need and yes it would be a blight on the north end.

I finally saw the caleta so yes it would be awful for Villa Aldora and the other properties nearby.

Caleta may be the wrong word since that is typically use for the harbor by Presidente. I am having a brain lock on the name of the harbor area by Villa Aldora.

It is shown by Puerto Abrigo.

I have to wonder if multiple properties would be "condemned" so they have the land area needed for pier related infrastructure.

Done.

Scuba is the 98 lb weakling getting sand kicked in it's face, it's obviously a non-player in the economic/political power structure there and is being driven off the island, elephants don't worry too much about which anthill they step on either. Like so many other formerly scuba-riffic dive locations, go now and form those cherished memories, before long scuba diving will be extinct, done perhaps by virtual reality devices aka the 1990 movie: Total Recall, with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
