I do remember seeing a video tape from TV, a couple years ago of a guy who had a fantasy of laying line,so they arranged it for him. He was one of the DIR faithful and the cave required sidemount in Mexico. He used his backplate to adapt it for sidemount-it was the biggest charlie foxtrot. This rig lookked more like two stages on either side.

Was thinking that myself. Especially for someone who has proclaimed that they have no desire to take a GUE course.
