The price is $12 Plus shipping. PayPal is great. Some of these Seals have a small hole punched where they were healed by a wire tie or had a tag on them. These punches should be under the seal or glue line or easily patched if in a questionable area. If a punch looks to be in a bad area I will make note of it. This neck seals hole punches ( slits) are 1 inch up from the edge. It will be close but but should be covered by the glue or seal. Thank You
