Just took my ranger for my first twin tank dive and it was a great experience! However I have a question about the size of the shoulder section, my ranger is a medium with large shoulders and for a good fit I have to tighten them almost as far as they go leaving about 2 inches of webbingat the end. Would I be better off getting shoulder in size medium also? I'm 5'11 and 192 lbs.

I'm 6"0" 192 lbs. I was recommended and ordered a large Ranger LTD. I had the same problem fitting as you did. I sent it back for a medium and it fits fine, nice and snug. I hate a loose fitting BC.

You and I are about the same size.
Medium shoulders is your size.
