I am going on a holiday to Marsa Alam for a duration of 9 days, and was wondering if there's any way to dive Daedalus reef without being away from my hotel for too long.
I understand that the distance of the reef (approx. 80km) from shore makes day trips impossible, but I was wondering if there are operators who go out to Daedalus (and perhaps some other sites) for just 2 or 3 days for example?
All help is very welcome. Also additional tips to increase my chance to seeing sharks in the area would be highly appreciated! I'm going in a week (unfortunately February is not the greatest month to encounter sharks at Elphinstone...).
