Shore Diving

I was wondering if there is any shore diving in Phuket. More precisely close to JW Marriott (231 Moo 3, Mai Khao Phuket, 83110 Thailand)?

I am taking a 2 day livaboard (South Siam 3) to Similan Islands but just wonder if there is any diving I can do right there at the hotel.

Hi,

There is a dive centre located in the hotel, and I am pretty sure that they can arrange either shore diving, or via a short long tail boat ride away.

The DC in the hotel has just recently started there, and I think they will only offer boat diving with departure from Chalong.

You could check with H2O diving, they used to be in the hotel and know thediving in the Northern part of the island very well.
