I've heard this is a great diving in the fall. Can anyone provide me a site that provides locations and directions?

What marine life can be seen here? Any bugs?

Thanks for the help

Here's the link off of the MIT scuba site with pics and directions: Ft. Wetherill

Plenty of life there, including: Striper bass, tautog, porgies, lobstah, blue and spider crabs, torpedo rays, Northern Barracuda (Sennet - recently spotted), jellies (not sure if that's really a plus), squid, anemones, and tons of tropicals that rode up the Gulf Stream. Good place, when the vis is decent.
