Sherwood Gemini hose adapter

Is there any adapter available that would allow you to use a different hose than the one provided?

I've found a few adapters online but can't seem to get an answer any of then will actually work for this purpose.

Yes, but....
First, what different hose are you intending to use?

If you would like to use the Gemini with a standard inflator hose, I don't recall having seen any of those adapters. I suspect that the reason for that might be that the Schrader valve in the standard inflator might not allow enough volume of air to breath off the octo portion of the octo/inflator.

However, it is not too hard to find an adapter that can be fit onto a standard LP regulator hose.

You can also find adapters to fit the "special" QD hose onto a standard inflator, which provides the flexibility of using a regulator setup with either style BCD inflator by a simple change of adaptor, rather than changing hoses.
