I never log from it so I don’t know total dives but it is over 5 years old and should have about 500 dives.

Ok, if something craps out after 500 dives and get fixed quickly for 200 bucks it's a good deal. I wouldn't complain about that either. Seems like the US service is faster than SW HQ. My Petrel was send to Canada and it's nowhere near as fast.
