Does Shearwater do there own repairs or do they use a 3rd party company. I seem to remember there was a 3rd party who refurbished them.. and repaired them. Any info welcome.

Pretty quick turnaround for battery tray replacement in my Predator. I sent mine to Shearwater in British Columbia, from Ontario and had it back in 3 days.Anyone know the turn around time for a battery change? I'm past the 5 year mark and probably due but have trip coming up at the end of the month.
