I don't know if it will help, but under "system setup", there two reset options, one on the main page and one under "advanced config". The one on the main page mentions it will clear tissues.

Thanks. Yes, tried both of those resets.
 
When was it purchased and how many dives where logged bfr the failure? I'm curious if this is a trend.

Just sent my wife's in yesterday for the same issue. Also, on dry land when the error first showed up.
