You can easily say "No" when it asks for your permission to your contacts. It is not like it forces you to say "Yes". Some people just need to find something to be offended about or complain about.

That depends on the version of Android which you are using. Older versions demand permissions at install time and you can't install without accepting the permissions.

Not everything is simply a chance to complain; )
