There is alot of gimmicks that are reported as scientifically proven. But I wouldn't want to test the validity of it and get my a## bit off.

I hope this doesn't become common. The green lasers are pretty powerful. It won't be doing the shark any good. A few years ago I was temporarily blinded by malicious use of a common red laser pointer. You do NOT want to experience that.
I was exposed only as long as it took me to violently recoil. Here's how it played out.

- flash of blinding red light obliterating all sight
- complete and total loss of vision in right eye
- intense headache lasting 2-3 hours
- gradual return of vision in right eye over about 45 minutes
- residual vision issues for about 3 days
