I've seen a similar video - don't know if it's the same incident but the video I've seen showed a lot more of the shark actually fully inside the cage.
Interesting thing to note (at least from the footage I've seen) is that at no point does the shark make any attempt to eat or even attack the divers...

Crowley-great point. I saw a shark attack a bait. The momentum from this attack carried it through the bars, but from what I saw it showed no interest whatsoever in the divers.
