SF2 Rebreather for sale​

Head was just refurbished by the manufacturer because of a battery drain issue after 5 years of flawless service. I just spent a week diving this in the Florida caves and it performed flawlessly. The unit has been well looked after but it?s seen caves and has been well used in warm and cold water, as such it has a few well-earned cosmetic scrapes as one would expect on a unit that has been used to its full potential.

Included with the unit are Primary Shearwater electronics with an attached Petrel and a Fischer cable for your choice of secondary monitoring. The rebreather has the newer style upgraded metal MAVs that I have configured with standard inflator hose quick connects for offboard attachment. 1st stages are the ScubaForce Black Devil Tech models. Standard loop hose with a DSV that has barely been used. Cells are only 2-3 months old, and I have a full set of spares that will ship with it. Unit comes with 3 sets of brackets for oxygen and diluent bottles. You only need one set, but I like to keep a few sets of bottles ready to just clip on. Included is a standard steel backplate configured with a continuous harness and a light monkey bailout attachment system. I?ll include a SubGravity CCR Donut wing with the unit, an optional handle that fits onto the spine to make it easier to move around and an excellent ScubaForce bag for the unit.

I will include oxygen and bailout bottles (up to three of each) if the buyer wants to negotiate them as part of the deal. I am also willing to include the Shrimp BOV with included hose and QC6 quick disconnect that I normally dive on the unit at an extra cost.

As with all gear, I feel obligated recommend that you have the unit serviced and checked over by someone qualified to do so. You need to be certified to dive this unit or working with an instructor who can certify you on the unit.

This is a great rebreather. I?m changing my style of diving and configuration, and as such it just makes sense to pass this along to someone else who can continue to put the unit to good use.
