Been more than a year since I dove and can't remember the settings I used in previous dives. Let me know if this sounds correct.

Canon 550D
- Disable Auto Light Optimizer
- Highlight Tone Priority to OFF
- Disable Red-eye reduction
- Quality to RAW
- ISO to 100
- Meter to Center-weighted
- Manual mode
- Shutter speed, 1/125th
- Aperture, F/8

Ikelite housing
- TTL

Ikelite DS-160s
- TTL

I can't remember if it's easier to modify the camera while leaving the strobes/housing to TTL or set everything to Manual. I seem to recall an issue a long time ago where everything was set to Manual and I spent too much time making adjustments.

If you are a Canon - Ikelite user please post your settings and provide some feedback.

Thx
WD
