Ok lets see if any one can answer some questions. I was given this compressor from a buddy that had a new boat built and they included a new compressor. My question is where do I go from here. I know filtration but is it cost prohibitive. What basic filtration is necessary? What about whips? It was previous set up to fill two tanks at a time.

I use to dive commercial but just rec now as I have gotten older and only when the water warms up and the weather is nice. Probably looking at filling 100 plus tanks during my season. So my main question is should i set it up or just continue fills at my local dive shops. Fills run about 10 bucks for nitrox with a fill card.

Setting up for the proper filtration is going to cost you almost the same as a year's worth of fills if you are getting nitrox for $10.00 so you really need to consider the convenience of it rather than cost savings.
I should add that if convenience is an issue then there is plenty of help available here to get you set up.

I'm watching because at some point I'll be getting one. For me it's a convenience thing.

If i could do it for around a grand then I'm all in.
Ok where do I start with purchasing what i need.

Ok Ill go read up on those post.
Here's some questions. As you can see I Have the compressor
Filtration I assume is next then whips.
Best place to search to buy these items without breaking the bank.
As far as electrical I'm all set with that.
