After a few years I was getting sticky buttons. I sent my housing to Pacific Housing and Devon Tompkins overhauled it good as new. Its worth contacting him for a quote.

Thanks for all of the info. I think I will start putting silicone on the button o-rings and consider sending it for service. It well be costly to ship it to the US for service and I will likely have customs issues but at least I now know where I can send it.
