Not exactly the Apeks service manual for the High Profile Dump Valve, but what I could find about them in a service manual for the Dräger Dolphin.
I think the instructions to insert the adjusting screw with the start / end of the thread offset from the spline with the 'V' is specific to Dräger's application - from disassembling these dump valves in other applications, they seem to come with the start / end of the thread aligned with the spline with the 'V'.
