One of the real "tests of character" for individuals and businesses alike is how well they handle adversity and situations that "are not fun".
This is just a big Thank You to Chris Richardson for maintaining his cool and sense of humor while dealing with what is probably the least fun thing any business has to deal with: Warranty Returns.
It can be very frustrating for both the customer and business to deal with warranty issues, because usually neither of them caused the problem, but both are inconvenienced and frustrated by it.
Chris did a great job handling the issues.
Even though he called me "Bill" at one point, I know he didn't really mean it (inside joke).
Edge/HOG sells great gear, and you can have confidence that they will stand behind their products.
