Separation Hardware tanks from backplate

I was watching a video and I'm see a guy have a sort of a quick-release with pins that he could Dismount the backplate and Wing from the tanks that way you can just take the tanks to the shop to get filled and leave your backplate and Wing at home and it fit together and had pins with Keepers does anyone know what this is or who makes it

Vaguely recall some gimmicky thing (IMO). Just make a "tech taco" with your wings and reg. Goes back on really easy.

Yes it attached to the bands and an another that mounded to the backplate. Fit together tight then put a 2 pins in

Doesnt seem like it saves you much time. As it is, all I have to undo to remove the tanks is undo two wing nuts.
