Was wondering if any of the barges in Seneca Lake are accessible from the shore. There is one buoyed by FLUPA that appears very close to the shore but not sure if there is any access. Also looking for any other shore dives in CNY. Keep hearing of people diving in Finger Lakes but not sure if there is any public access. Already been to 1000 Islands so looking for something different until my boat gets fixed.
