i have a cressi ice semi dry...

jump into the body bit...

in then put the hands in..left then right...

then lastly, with both hands, stretch the neck and insert the head...

make sure at all times u keep from digging ur nails into the seals....

i do need a buddy to do the zip up on this suit..(shoulder zip)...

gettin it off....

grab the zipper over ur headand pull off over ur head, letting the neck portion turn inside out...

then the arms, work one arm at a time out of the seals like a dry suit...

then remove the legs like a normal wettie, pull it off so the legs turn insideout...

PITA to put on when wet...found that out during my rescue course in my *surprise* scenario....

thats how i get it on anyway..
