i knew a school principal who had an allergic reaction to a medicine, and they still took his license away for a year.

Well if you were on a bibs style mask then there is a dial at the mouth piece that needs to me dialed in in order to get gas out of the reg.

A mono place chamber is really not a good place to treat DCS. Especially at a commercial facility. The mono place glass coffins are tipically used for HBO therapy where the entire atmosphere is o2.
In a real chamber, there should have been a tender in the chamber to monitor and handle the switches for the patient.

This was a mono place glass coffin chamber which is indeed normally used for HBO therapy. That's pretty much what we have nearest to me. The nearest multi-place chamber is about 2.5 to 3 hours away..

The tech didnt tell me anything about having to dial anything on the mask - just told me to breath from it. This mask was shaped kinda like a "tru-fit" mask which is used with DAN O2 kits.. I was only supposed to put it up to my face when it was time to take a normoxic air break. When I did, I sucked in and got nothing..

I'm not sure how often these folks treat divers.
