Seeking advice on diving certs

Hello all , im seeking some advice on different certs i can gain to improve my chances of finding work in Thailand . Im heading over early next year to complete my dive masters and idc qualifications . People I've spoken to, recommend that if i dont speak a second language , that i should try to "over qualify" myself with different certs.... tec diving and maintenence quals....
Im after advice on which courses you think will make me more sought after in the diving industry !

Any advice from you knowledgeable folks , would be greatly appreciated .

Hey Nick, as mentioned there are many things that'll help you land a job, here's a few;
Instructor specialties
Captain qual
Engine tech
Webmaster
Regulator tech
Accounting

These can add some value to you as a potential employee.
