What is the recommended way of securing a video housing? I am thinking it needs to be secured on two D-rings due to its bulkiness and size but not too sure which ones. I cannot find any information on this. Thanks in anticipation.

You mean when you aren't using it?
It's a tough one. I tie a single-ender to the arm and clip it off to the left chest D-ring (so as not to obscure the long hose)

However, with a deco/stage, that gets messy. I guess you could use the scooter D-Ring but then if the camera comes off, I think you wont know until too late.

if it's a big HD housing then I don't know that there is a decent way except mounting it on a scooter.

Guess you've got to buy a scooter now...darn...

I have a bolt snap on each handle and attach one to my left d-rings. You can see it on the left side of my picture. (It's black so it's a little hard to see.) Keeps it out of the way until I'm ready to use it.

Your handles looks to be about 6 inches from your D-ring. Surely the bolt snap is not that big?

I am trying to stop myself from buying a scooter - it's an expensive docking station ;)

OK. Thanks for the info.
