I've just replaced my old BC with the 30th Anniversary ProQD+.
And I like it a lot!!
My ProQD+ came with the "Squeeze" knife that comes with the Pro Unlimited (I'm not sure if this is standard on the QD+, or if I was just lucky). I also, I was able to get the color in Black w/ Red trim, instead of the basic Black/Silver.
The Pro Unlimited comes with an additional D-ring on the right shoulder strap (2 instead of 1), an additional dump valve, and more pockets, all for $200~300 more than the QD+. That's awfully expensive for extra features that I probably will never take advantage of.
