Hi, I was wondering if any one can tell me about this reg. I have a chance to buy one for a good deal but I can't find anything about them when I do a search. If anyone can help please let me know the good and the bads of this peticular model.

The now discontinued Mirage is an unbalanced piston reg. It used to sell for a little over $200 if I remember correctly. Don't pay a lot for it, it's not a high performance reg by any means, although they were pretty reliable. The nearest competitors would have been the Mares R1, Scubapro R190, USD Aquarius.
