I'm trying to determine if the SeaLife Strobe SL96010 is compatible with the SeaLife ReefMaster Mini...

Hello,

Yes, any of the SeaLife flashes will work with the Mini. depending on the flash you might have to add a Flash Link Cable SL962 with it.
