I had such a great experience with Sealifes Customer service I had to share. I purchased an older dc1400 from sports chalet since they were closing. I got it almost 50% off. I did not know it but it was missing all of the cables and the battery+charger. I called them and told them exactly this, hoping maybe I could get a little disscount on the items, or at least make sure I got all of the correct parts. Sealife offered to send me all of the parts for free, even though it wasn't there responsibility. So far I am highly impressed.
