SEAL TLS DRYSUIT

The SEAL TLS incorporates many years of operative experience with this suit in combining the best features available. DUI starts with the proven technology of the lightweight and rugged trilaminate material and has gone from there. Cordura and Aramid Fiber pads are added to cover the high wear areas, tactical pockets are attached and fabric waterproof socks keep the suit lightweight.

Cordura/polyester waterproof sock to further keep the weight of the suit as light as possible. The most popular pockets selected for this suit are DUI’s Bellows and Cargo. The small pocket usually selected for this suit is the strobe pocket on the shoulder.

Is the age of the suit (2014) an issue with dry rot or anything like that? I just junked my older scuba gear because it was starting to fail. I would hate to invest if there is a shelf life that is already almost over.

I have the same suit manufactured in 2002 and other than the usual neck and wrist seals still solid.

I've kept it in a climate controlled environment. Seals look brand new. No dry rot whatsoever.

Ok, thank you, I’m a disabled vet with limited funds, so I have to be careful with my money and equipment. Cold temperatures aggravated my injuries but diving has been my only activity I can still tolerate. I have been encouraged to get a dry suit so I can indulge more often in different temperatures.

This suit should keep you plenty warm if used properly. Like I've said, this hasn't touched water so it's still brand new.
