This will mark the third distribution channel for Sea & Sea. Prior to Sea & Sea USA it was GMI Photographic. They are the distributors for Bronica.
On a personal level, it shouldn't matter very much. I buy all my gear from Underwater Photo Tech in New Hampshire. They do all my service so anything I buy there is going to be covered.
