WHo says this is an inferuior camera? You may get a digital at this price, but not one that can let you play iwth the light settings and shutter speed to give different looks to the pictures. Film cameras allow for variety in how the picture comes out, digitals at least in this range are only point and shoot.

The MX-10 does not allow you to adjust anything but the apperature. The film speed control only varies the calibration of the lightmeter (LED) and has no effect on the shutter speed. I have shot hundreds of rolls of film in an MX-10. Great little basic cameras in their day and in the hands of a good phtotographer it is capable of good photos.
 
My point was, that those are adjustments you cannot do with a digital camera, not ones at this price anyways. Just changing in apperture settings and trying different speed film, can make a big difference in the pictures, and you don't need to be an expert photographer to figure it out.
