I have a dx8000g but cannot download the soft ware as computer is windows 11 is there an up date that I can find please or another program I can use I am in Australia Thank you

I don't think this is the right section for this, but to answer your question you need to run the program in windows compatibility mode. Right click the program and select 'Troubleshoot Compatibility' or 'run this program in compatibility mode'. Then try to run it under a few different options, for example Windows 7, until you can get it working.
