Hi, I need some feedback on these guys. I have ordered some o-ring kits from them 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting, I gave them a call and asked them how it is progressing, if i will receive the kits soon. they told me they would track them down and let me know. that was 4 days ago! i never got a call back from them, is this normal practise for these guys to be frustratingly slow and innattentive?
