Regular tank in Egypt is S80 (11.1 l). S 100 can be obtain with little more money (13.3 l)
Yes a dive computer is mandatory, can be rented on the boat.
Most of the boats are 24 guests. Somme newer boats are up to 30... !
Yes Nitrox cerf worth it
For transfer, ask your dive operator. Uber is efficent in Hurghada by the way.
