Sea and Sea DX 1G

Hi Everyone:

I'm considering getting a Sea and Sea DX 1G. I'm interested in any users experiences with this camera, especially regarding shutter lag. Also, are the controls easy to see and use underwater?

I never experienced a problem with shutter lag, so I guess it is very acceptable. I shot more than 2000 pictures with this camera. But I have to admit that I do a lot of macro and that means that you take the time for the autofocus to adjust. Most of the time I push the shutter halfway to let the autofocus do its job, but also when I push the shutter completely in one go the response is very good.
