Ha ha! I see what you all are talking about. But, not too worried about that. My group that I'm part of has most of that stuff. But, generally doesn't need it because I'm talking about "leading" dive trips to go out on commercial charter boats, where they have all that stuff anyway.
And, really, to be clear, I'm not talking about trying to lead dives. Just dive trips. I.e. organize logistics. Even though I would not be acting as a dive guide or anything like that on the boat, just to be the person in charge of making reservations with a charter boat operator, organize travel logistics, etc., my group still requires that person to be a dive professional. It's all about making sure there is liability insurance to cover the person that organized the trip.
