A bit of background - In January I lost my "gauge reader" mask in the FL Keys and in February ordered a new one from ScubaToys. I used the mask for one day at Ginnie Springs and then when I went to pack for my trip to the Bahamas, last night, I found the "gauge reader" lens had come loose from the mask, making it useless for my old, tired eyes.
At 5:30 pm yesterday I called ScubaToys about the situation, informing them that I was leaving this evening on my trip. They somenow managed to get me a new mask shipped, via overnight and it arrived at noon today. So I will be able to read my computer and guages and use my new camera (also bought from ScubaToys).
This type of service is exceptional - especially in this day and age.
My highest complements to Larry, Joe and the entire ScubaToys staff for saving the day.
They have my undying loyalty and are now stuck with me as a customer for life. Now if they could only get me airfills in Knoxville, TN, I'd never need another LDS.
