I have a scubapro k2 extreme which i use From 6-16 degrees (warmer i go for a lighter undergarment). Works good for me. And i wear a general thermo base layer, not a special diving one. Biggest improvement for me would be a better base layer i think.

Don't you need too much weight with it ?

Nope not at all. I dive with the same amount of lead with my thick and medium undergarment. Difference is so small it is not worth to change the weighting.

With a drysuit and steel BP/W and a 10L steel bottle 2kg and with a steel 15L 0kg (both in fresh water, in salt water +2Kg

Ok nice :) so if you had 2x12L it would be 0kg too i guess . For now with 15L tank, 5-7mm wet suit and Al plate i need 0 , with dry suit i'll put the steel plate

I would be curious to compare 4th element Arctic vs Santi Flex 190

Hi guys ! Quick news
Did 2 dives today in lake with rented drysuit (avatar) and i tried the Scubapro K2 extreme. Water was from 17 at surface down to 8-9ºC with only Decathlon merinos base layer on top it was ok think! Only cold on hands (wet gloves) . As for now i need to deal with those temperatures and being much less expensive than Santi bz400 or 4E Halo AR i'll probably go for that K2 suit for that range of températures and i'll see what to take for summer from 18-25 . Santi flex 190 would be in the middle so probably too hot for summer and not enough for days like today i think ? Either Arctic or Xerotherm probably ?
