Somebody told me with the introduction of the Twin Jet Max, Scubapro is discontinuing the original Twin Jets. Anyone aware of this?

Yes. they are still manufacturing Twin Jet.....It is also on their 2007 brochure...

I prefer Twin Jet to Max because new Max's buckle is a failure point in a long run.

My 2 bar.

I dont think Scubapro will stop making the twin jets anytime soon. I have tried the max's and hate them, they hurt my knees, and three out of four others I have talked to dont like them at all either.

I have both, and I like both. The Twin Jet Max has the most comfortable foot pocket of any fin I've worn, period. Overall, I think the original Jet Fins are the best fin ever made. How can you complain about them? I've been diving the same Jets since 1977. SP has a golden goose here and I don't think they're planning on killing it anytime soon. :palmtree: Bob
