Scubapro Twin Jet Size?

Found a good deal on some twin jets, but have a sizing question. I wear size 11-12 tennis shoes (depending on brand). Do I need L or XL? What size foot and fin do you wear? I don't wear combat boots to dive, currently 3mm Evo boots.

I have a set of the twin jet max in XL. I wear a 10 1/2 EE or and 11 shoe/boot. I use them for cold water diving with a thicker hard soled dive boot. I was impressed with the fit, no sloppy feeling or side to side movement.

I'm a UK 12 (US 13) and the Twin Jet Max XL feels scarily loose at first even with thicker boots, but the spring straps hold them perfectly.

I'm using the Twin Jet Max and wear an 11.5/12 shoe and an 11 Henderson Aqua-Lock 5mm dive boot. The Large fits me well.
