I cannot find a single review on this bcd anywhere. Just got it and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with it. Looks great, but I am for very suspicious of it's tank band system, which they call the "One-hand operation" Steel Super-Cinch tank band system, instead of the traditional tank strap.

It was one of my possibles too, although I have to say that new band system put me off. Divernet gave it a thumbs down in their review of the T-Sport. Review here:

The older Scubapro BCDs shouldn't have this problem tho.

It isn't anything new, it is the same stainless-steel locking mechanism they have used for years. My old Glide 2000 (circa 2000) and Glide Tech Pro (circa 2001) have got the same system on it. Granted, it can be a bit of a faff if you keep moving from, say, a 12-litre to a 15-litre, as it isn't as quick to adjust as the normal camband systems, but set it up right and really lock it into place and your cylinder isn't going anywhere. I do around 300 plus dives a year wearing these jackets and not once have I had my cylinder come loose. You do need to make sure it is tight as it cams into place, but once this is done, it is far more secure than a normal camband, as far as I am concerned.

The T-Force is a nice jacket, much like the old Glide 1000 or 2000, and basically is a new design to fit in with the T-One, T-Sport and T-Black range.

Yep, it's an old system. It makes kitting up a little faster, by about oh...5 seconds when you switch between same sized tanks. I've never had a tank come loose with it. I have however, had tanks come loose with a camband buckle system.
I have the T-one. As simple as it gets. I would have got the T-sport but I don't like zippered pockets underwater.

I stand corrected. I guess I mis-read the review, perhaps it's always been a personal gripe of his.

Thank's alot guys...
I'll give the super duper tank band a shot!

I can't find it on the Scubapro website, but the Scubapro tank band is the best made (the older band was better). I personally believe their Classic Sport is the best BC they make.

There are different BC's displayed for different regions. You can see it on the european or asian location sites.

Over 100 dives with this BCD now, and not a single problem with the Scubapro quick tank band solution. Meanwhile I've had to fasten other peoples tanks underwater at least twice where they have come off totally using the traditional tank straps.

Just an excellent BCD!!!
