I'm trying to decide on a BC and after checking out a few of them the SP Sport kinda has my eye. I just wanted to get an opinion on it from anyone who might use it or some other recommendations. I'm new to diving so this will be my first BC. Is this a pretty decent one to start with?

The Scubapro Classic Sport is my favorite BC. It has no padding or cummerbund to add drag. It's an excellent choice.

I used it for a very long time and it took quite a beating but it's still going strong. It's no longer my main BC but it's an excellent choice. If you do buy it I would replace the plastic buckle with a stainless steel one like the one found on the Classic Plus.
